A specialist course designed for established goalkeepers who want to develop their technique, confidence and understanding of the position.
Sessions will focus on handling, footwork, positioning, shot-stopping, distribution, 1v1 situations and decision-making, with goalkeepers challenged through realistic and game-related practices.
Delivered by J&R Head Goalkeeper Coach Chris, the course will provide focused specialist training to help goalkeepers become more confident, composed and effective in goal.
Who is it for?
Goalkeepers aged 7–13 who already regularly play in goal and have experience of the position. This course is not designed as an introduction to goalkeeping for complete beginners.
The Goalkeeping Masterclass can be booked alongside a J&R Player Pathway course or as a standalone course.
