J&R Camp Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be cancelled with no later than 24 hours’ notice, these can be cancelled by emailing jandrcoach@hotmail.com. Refunds will be given however only if the cancellation is done 24 hours before the day of camp, any cancellations within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed at the end of the week and not the same day.

J&R reserve the right to change prices of camp as deemed necessary.

We ask for all bookings to be made well in advance of the day of camp as we are subject to staff/child ratios and same day/last minute bookings can affect how many staff we require for the day. All bookings made after 8pm the day before a camp day will be charged at £25. We highly advise parents to not bring children to camps without a booking as we cannot guarantee space.

As J&R do offer food options for children, we ask parents to notify us at the beginning of the week if they require food for the child as we have to notify Venue 360 an estimate of how much food is required. Please email all food requests to jandrcoach@hotmail.com. We CANNOT guarantee your child will be able to receive food if it is requested at registration on the day of camp so please ensure you have notified J&R before your child attends camp. Food payments will need to be taken in advance and we DO NOT accept a WhatsApp message on the day for a food request as this message may not always be seen.

Please advise staff at time of booking any health conditions we should be aware of and whether we have permission for your child’s picture to be taken.

We request that all children bring water, appropriate clothing, sun cream and hats as we cannot provide this for all children. Children will be reminded to drink water and apply sunscreen on hot days, however we cannot help children apply sunscreen so please ensure that children have this applied before the start of the day and have spare in there bag which they know they can apply throughout the day.

On the rare occasion that the weather conditions may be inappropriate for us to continue activities, we will take all children inside and if the facilities are available, we will continue the day indoors. If camp must be cancelled due to the weather conditions, refunds will be given. 

J&R staff reserve the right to send a child home if their behaviour is inappropriate and effecting staff and other attendees. This is a last resort and is something we would not like to do, however if this was the case, staff would contact the parent and notify them of the situation and next steps would be put in place.
